This book gathers the proceedings of the 9th International Conference on Advancements of Medicine and Health Care through Technology, MEDITECH 2024, held as a hybrid event on September 30 - October 2, 2024, from Cluj-Napoca, Romania. It reports on both theoretical and practical developments in medical devices, biomedical signal and image processing, and biomedical engineering education. Both the conference and the realization of this book were supported by the National Society of Medical Engineering and Biological Technology of Romania (SNIMTB) in collaboration with the International Federation for Medical and Biomedical Engineering   (IFMBE), the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, the "Iuliu HaÅ£ieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy and " Constantin Papilian" Military Emergency Hospital from Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
