No, this is Tillamook County, Oregon in the 1920s. What secrets does this seemingly tranquil stretch of coastal paradise hold? Many are surprised to learn that dark trends of fear and intolerance have swept through the area like the cyclical forest fires that have raged in the nearby mountains.
