This book was written to give readers a glimpse into my journey to the ministry and the challenges and lessons I learned along the way. Many organizations and individuals rose up to try to block my path, and I faced hardships I thought I couldn't endure. I'm living proof that God uses these roadblocks to get us to move according to His plan. It is my hope that my experiences will speak to those who are considering starting a church, becoming a pastor or minister, or taking part in any other work for Christ. But most importantly, this book is a testimony to the power of Christ. Whether you are called to ministry or not, may this book inspire you to take the leap and do what your heart is calling you to do. I pray that these words will stoke the embers that God has placed in your spirit and pull you closer to Him. Despite what traditional religious gatekeepers profess, your background and worldly stature aren't important compared to what you hold in your heart for Jesus. God's words are more powerful than man-made titles and status symbols. No matter what lies ahead on your journey, no matter what path led you to this point, answer God's call and He will take you just as you are.
