This book is a brief outline of my life. Through my battles with drug addiction and visits to prison both here in the U.K and mainly my visit to prison in Jamaica. This was not without problems, as you can imagine being a white man locked up in a predominantly black third world country. It is a desperate story, which I have lived, and a lot of the time I am writing about times where I hated my life and the person I was. More importantly this book is about change and how change can happen if you want it to. Hope can be found in the strangest places. Sometimes we have to visit the darkest times in our lives before we are ready to change. Hope blossoms from change and I can show you that no matter where you find yourself in life you have the ability to change as I did. This is by no means easy,
