A guided junk journal that turns the scraps of everyday life into a one-of-a-kind keepsake. A Year of Me is a 52-week guided junk journal for collecting the parts of your life that usually disappear — ticket stubs, half-written notes, the receipt from a really good day. Whether you’ve never touched a glue stick or already have a drawer full of washi tape, this book walks you through a full year of low-pressure, high-reward memory keeping:
COLLECT the scraps, snapshots, and small moments that would otherwise get lost
REFLECT on what you’re saving, doing, and why it matters
CREATE a one-of-a-kind record that’s entirely, unmistakably yours
Each week includes simple, open-ended prompts designed to get you started without getting in your way. No experience needed. A simple, stress-free way to turn everyday scraps into something worth keeping.
