Excerpt from Abstracts of Current Decisions on Mines and Mining: Reported From October to December, 1915 This bulletin is the sixth of its kind to be published by the Bureau of Mines, the five preceding being Bulletins 61, 79, 90, 101, and 113. The Wide demand for the information contained in these bulletins has led the bureau to decide to issue similar bulletins With sufficient frequency to keep reasonably current the records of decisions of Federal and State courts of last resort on questions relating to the mineral industry. The bureau Will gladly welcome and consider any suggestions looking to improvement in the matter contained in these bulletins or the manner in Which it is presented. The purpose of the bulletins Will continue to be to improve directly or indirectly mining condi tions and to promote the health and safety of miners by the prompt publication of decisions, and to this end it is desired that the bulle tins reach all persons Who are interested.
