For many years I've been seeing improvements firsthand and have felt the satisfaction of making a positive difference in the lives of your loved ones. It is difficult to find the words to describe the deep feelings that surfaced as I reached for remnants of memory to build upon. It is even more difficult to describe the euphoria I feel each time I see a smile on the face of someone who has had little to smile about.
