I aim to view the world through a lens of hope and optimism, but at times, I too feel despair and anger at the lack of common sense, civility and courtesy that permeates our discourse, engagements, interactions, and politics. I hope for love and understanding, but instead see chaos, mistrust, and fear. Acuity is clarity and light.
