Canada had one over-arching objective: to leave Afghanistan to Afghans in a country that is better governed, more peaceful and more secure. Remember, net proceeds from book sales will go to the Edmonton Military Family Resources Centre, to be shared with military support services such as the Boomers Legacy Foundation, the Military Families Fund, the Soldier On Fund and Operation Dignity St Anne de Bellevue Veterans Hospital Foundation.
