The Report on Agricultural Education, submitted to the legislature in January, 1911, and reprinted in the Seventy fourth Annual Report Of the Board Of Education, for 1909 - 10, pages 197 - 296, is believed to have emphasized sufficiently the necessity Of productive farm work, under capable and continuous school supervision, in cases Where state aid for vocational agri cultural education is desired.
