The Lord placed the name Alberto in my heart years ago, and I knew then that one day I would write about him. The book Alberto's Coat of Love is about teaching children how to deal with a loss, not only the loss through death but also of a friendship, a pet, or something personal, etc. The Lord showed me how this would help the child/children understand and at the same time help them better able to cope with the situation happening in their lives. This book will help adults as well. It is simple but effective, as it focuses on the relationship between a five-year-old boy and his grandfather and the lessons in life learned through simple everyday tasks. The Lord also showed me the strength of children, and although at times it appears they are not listening to what we are telling them, on the contrary, they are holding on to our every word.
