Have you ever felt debilitated by your own mind? Or felt as if your own thoughts were the thing that stood between who they want you to be and the real you? This memoir explores all of that and more. This is my story, my real and raw emotions through a childhood trauma, through the journey of an incurable autoimmune disorder, through what it's like to lose yourself in a bad relationship, as well as the long season of singleness, and the anxieties that ran deep throughout it all. I had to relearn who I really was, and not who my thoughts wanted me to be. I hope that my story can empower all to break free from the fight and from the pain that trauma and anxiety can have in your life. I hope to shed light upon the survivors of the same autoimmune disorder and any other disorder and disease that people fight everyday, and I hope to help those struggling in any way to believe in themselves again. Because I promise you, there is a light at the end of the tunnel you think has no end.
