" An Oasis in My Valley of Baca ," gives accounts of my personal experiences of what brought me to tears, heartaches and disappointments. It accounts for situations and outcomes (positive and negative) of great times and challenges I had faced emotionally, physically, and spiritually. There are areas that touch on mid-life body changes, an unexpected divorce, becoming a single-parent, and losing my youngest daughter unexpectedly six-months to the date my mother passed. The purpose of this book is to offer hope and encouragement for those going through similar life challenges so devastating that one would want to give up. The hope expressed inside the pages of this book will help you see that there is purpose in everything we go through. At the time, we may not see it. Nonetheless, the end result is that we will prevail.
