Kelli Mills moved to Whitlow for a new job as an event planner. She loves the small town and the people there, and it doesn't take her long to realize the job is perfect for her bubbly, creative personality . Grant Sparks works in an office beside Kelli's. He is used to peace and quiet, which he feels is necessary for his job. Kelli's moving into the next office has disrupted that atmosphere.
