To another part of the liquid filtered from the precipitate of Phosphate of Iron, Oxalate of Ammonia was added, which formed a white precipitate of Oxalate of Lime. The liquid filtered from this precipitate, gave on the addition of Phosphate of Soda and Ammonia, a precipitate of Phosphate of Magnesia and Ammonia, showing the presence of Magnesia.
