Excerpt from Arsenical Insecticides: Paris Green; Commercial Substitutes; Home-Made Arsenicals The following statement gives the character of the work done on paris green at this Station during the years 1899, 1900, 1901, and 1902: Before the session Of the Legislature of 1901, this Station examined thirty-seven samples of paris green, and it was found, and so reported, that only 22 per cent were acceptable for use in California orchards, according to its standard (p, 17, Cala.
