After a trip to Bulgaria, where I was invited to study, train and learn cutting edge training methodologies of the Bulgarian Weightlifting Team I wanted to expand and start training athletes specifically for their sport. I was able to incorporate my Micro Circuit Training method into a unique sports specific training program which manipulates the most critical elements that are responsible for developing the full potential of the athlete, both physically and mentally.
