Did you have a perfect father figure growing up? Or were you like the rest of us? Now you're a dad, and you're trying your best. So why does it feel like you're failing? Bad Dad can't seem to get anything right, and that makes him a very Sad Dad. He forgot to make the kids' lunch, he can't understand what the toddler is saying, and why are everyone's socks suddenly pink? He's definitely a Bad Dad. Or so he thinks. With the help of his kids, Bad Dad discovers what he does that really matters as a parent-and learns that maybe he's not so bad after all! Whether you were a latchkey kid or you were raised by the internet, Bad Dad, Sad Dad will help you stop aiming for parenting perfection and set you on the path to realizing your true goal: being a better dad than the one you had.
