Book of Disquiet is a collection of essays that shine light on invisible disabilities, notably, dyslexia and ADHD. The book examines variables attached to living with these conditions, including culture, spirituality and sexual abuse and how people have integrated these experiences into their lives. As well, people who have been either successful in their fields (arts, education) including actors Rick Green and Henry Winkler, or who have had notable achievements in various sectors (Ron Davis of the Davis Dyslexia Method, psychiatrist Gabor Mate) are profiled.
