Mee awakens to find themselves as a contestant on an anxiety inducing gameshow where Mee must overcome the anxiety to win the happiness behind the curtains the bonus round. Mee is assisted through the gameshow by a delightful host, a dapper frog, a bounding rhino, and an elegant fox. Most of us suffer from some form of anxiety and it's important for children to understand that they are not alone and that they have the power to overcomer many of their anxieties. With each book, Laura hopes to empower the reader to seek out their own happiness. We are all in control of our reactions and indeed our own happiness. Happy people can experience sadness.
