Kaddy always had to dress older than her years as she was short and looked young. In business it was difficult enough as a woman, but she had to look the part of a mature and tough businesswoman. Arriving in the offices late one evening straight from the gym, she left her coat in her office to used the photocopier. Wearing just a gym suit that was old and thin, she bumped into one of the cleaners. She automatically talked down to the woman. Instead of recognising the haughty boss, the woman treated her like an errant schoolgirl, accusing her of being a thief.
