Rosie Parker is a dancer through and through. Even if her dance teacher has written her off and shoved her in the back of the class. It's frustrating, but she doesn't mind it as long as she gets to keep dancing. So when she gets a scholarship to dance at Westbrook School of the Arts right when her father loses his job, it seems like a no brainer, right? But accepting would mean being ripped away from her two best friends and moving into the dorms two hours away from the home with all the memories of her mother. All she really wants is to keep everyone happy. But something has to give. Maybe the distance will give her time to think about the love triangle her friends have backed her into. And maybe she'll find a sense of community with her new roommate, a girl named Jack.
