Preparation Instructions - Sterilize all equipment and boil water, then let it cool to ~40 °C (104 °F). - Add 1 level scoop (≈ 4.3 g) per 30 mL of water. - Close bottle and shake until fully dissolved. - Test the temperature on the inside of your wrist. - Use immediately.
