In this unit, students will have the opportunity to examine the popular world of music. In the course of the unit, students learn about the general structure of a song, rhyme, melody, and rhythm. They explore the importance of creating "hooks" and developing effective creative thinking skills. Students also examine popular authentic songs and their origins. Final Task: Students create a music video. The workbooks support the core activities, and provide opportunities for students to practise language.
