"The customer service industry is a fantastic area to develop interpersonal skills, gain confidence in the workplace and learn all about social etiquette... to the customer's face, at least.
We all need a little caffeine to function, right? You're a totally different person before and after your morning cuppa joe. Has it ever occurred to you that baristas see customer after customer before they've had their first coffee? I didn't think so. We see the public at their worst. Rushing to work, hungover after a night out, or attempting to stay awake to study for exams.
The demographic for cafe customer's isn't always the greatest, so after years of patient tolerance, I decided to let it all out.
This book is full of my personal rants after several years in the industry, as well as real encounters, things I've waited until leaving the industry to admit, and even some useful information! From my heart to yours. Enjoy."
