By reference to the table the relative size will be quickly seen. A spoonful of any kind of seasoning, spice, soda, cream of tartar, salt, etc., is measured by taking up a spoonful lightly, and leveling it with a knife. Flour, Sugar, butter, meal, baking powder, etc., are measured rounding. A rounding spoonful is measured by taking a spoonful of the material, and lightly shaking till the material is as convex on the top as the spoon is concave.
