The victim’s party on the ship was his second wife, his first wife died. Three children ages 32, 29, 22. His partner in the business of 20 years and his wife. Plus a friend of the current wife and a new salesman for his company. This is the first time a non-family member has ever been invited except for the partner and his wife. The company is nearly $100 million in revenue and the family and partner own shares in it. A share is worth about $150,000 a year and there are 100 shares. The victim in a surprise move on the ship announces again that in 18 months he is retiring, His Will leaves nothing to the three kids, but they keep their 10% of the shares each of them currently have. The company itself has a 20% share which can be voted by the remaining partner. The two surprise guests each have 5% from the Will. If the three remaining children can turn over the entire Will they will have a major of 60% and own the company. Is any of the kids or as a group able to run the company?
