Have you ever come across an event that seemed to spiral out of control? Well, that''s exactly what happened to 14 yr Jackson when he and his family moved to Boswell, a town in the middle of nowhere. When driving towards the outskirts of town through a massive rainstorm, they hit something on the road that wasn''t quite human. Jackson discovers that their new home lies on the border of the ''wastelands'', a vast landscape where nothing lives.
