Highly lucrative plus equally ruthless and its members are rumored to be in the hundreds. Their territory is the entire state of Delaware, from its northern cities down to its rural country south. Responsible for the spike in the state's homicides and for help fueling the overwhelming drug epidemic. Some sympathize for the Diamond State Mafia, believing that they are a product of their environment or a direct reflection of the American Dream. Many others, including me, believe that these killers and drug dealing sociopaths should fry in the chair! Channel 6 news anchor Billy Dukes
