DISBANDED ENIGMA: A MYSTERIOUS CON Never forget, in the world of hateful politicking and religion, innocent people of all races are the commodity. In the dystopian America Robert Crayton grew in, everything is different between rich and poor. The former provincial champion and ball player nicknamed Canon, deserted by his fair-weather friends, is now a convict. Frustrated by circumstance, the angry young man's lash out led to his first-time offence and unprecedented incarceration. Orphaned, Robert 'Canon' Crayton served 2 of 7 years in Coffield Maximum-Security, before his release to hateful parole officer, Catherine 'Cat' Smith. During those two years, Canon quarterback a Pen football team which brought the annual (IPG) Inter-Pen Games trophy to Coffield unit. Maybe Warden Silas Decker, who, just like his cohorts he calls the silent stakeholders, enjoy winning as part of their global social agenda. They won't mind seeing him again if he fails to comply with the rules of his parole. For now, Canon's fast aging, religious Granny Ruthie needs care, and for her he must pass parole and be integrated to free society. He swears that after the parole is over and she departs to the great beyond, he will leave the state and his past behind him. Between the divine and the works of men will he pass the parole or ever be able to leave the state with all his heart?
