The first area of exploration has to do with the longevity associated with false narratives. How these story lines often persists even after the original premise of the false narrative has been proven untrue. In fact, even when presented with the truth--what is remembered by a significant portion of society is the false narrative. (The Benghazi video lie--is one such example, where the public continues to believe in the false narrative rather than the truth.)
