The book compares the United States to the BRIC countries, discussing the difference in their cultural and economic conditions to learn about the nuclear family on a global perspective. It compares the threats to nuclear families to threat of nuclear war. It also attempts to discover and discuss the roots of these problems for the black communities in the United States.
