Lala, as we affectionately call her, has painted the words for her book from tears of victories and losses. Her heartfelt words of encouragement, motivation and resilience are a testament of her inner strength. She did not arrive at her present conclusions by taking any shortcuts, she did it the old-fashioned way, trial and error. If your life has been perfect and you have never experienced any adversities, do not bother reading the book because you just wouldn't understand.
