A United States Marine Corps Veteran falls victim to VA medical malpractice and finds himself trapped in a whirlwind of nightmares after a 74 year VA legal loophole crushed his life and livelihood and set him up to fail in ways that he and his family could have never seen coming or ever imagined. Through pure strength through determination this Marine Veteran took it upon himself to stand up, get involved, and fight for the 'good of the country', to protect his fellow Vets.
Courageously, he drafted his own legislation, and hand delivered it to the steps of the Capital Building in Washington DC. He walked the halls of congress going door to door urging lawmakers to change this outdated law that has denied Veterans rightful compensation after they have been injured and/or killed due to medical negligence and malpractice due to no fault of their own while seeking treatment within VA hospitals and clinics.
