"I Like Rocks" is the author's feeble attempt to embrace some of the many warm fuzzy moments we encounter while raising our children and grandchildren. Children get great joy from the simplest things in life. Things that we, as adults, have long since forgotten about. This story draws from the very essence of such "quality time" as this. Travel with us back to a world of innocence where Gammy may see a dirty rock, the child could see a marbled gem worth taking home. Perhaps tomorrow or years from now, rocks may not hold the fascination they hold right now for this young one. Something else will tug at their heartstrings.
