This waterproof eyeliner with tattoo precision is a real eye-enhancing ink pen. A little technological gem, this calligraphy felt tip with gentle and quasi-indelible aqua-emulsion ink allows you to create doe eyes or a smoldering gaze, with a fine or diagonal line, for a chic and incredibly stylish look.
HOW TO USE IT
Apply in a fine line without blending along the lash line of the top lid. Create a thin, intense, and even line at the base of lashes to create the look of denser lashes.
