Nina and the rest of Maid & Co. have only just escaped the clutches of one noble when a summons arrives—this time, from the Yupiter empress herself! Before they know it, the four friends are swept off to the imperial palace, where efforts for the empress’ 50th jubilee are still in full swing and, perhaps even more significantly, everyone is gearing up for the Council of the Sages. The combined wisdom of the Five Sages has the potential to change the world. The only trouble is, they can’t stand each other. In a bid to keep the sages happy and ensure the council’s success, the empress brings in Nina, whom she’s heard is a favorite of the elf sage Tuyledo.
