We define economic evangelism simply as using commerce to convert and trade to transform people and nations. People and nations were converted to Christ and transformed by trade both in the Early Church and for the first 300 years after that. Tragically, as the Church dropped this God-given strategy, Satan was quick to pick it up and began converting and transforming people and nations through commerce and trade.
