Thoughts throughout this magnificent life journey in which I was able to finally get to know Me... Yes! I was able to do this after 42 years of trying... After 42 years of feeling almost totally disconnected from this world... And if I was able to travel this distance from one "extreme" to the other (from depression to Happiness... from obesity to normal body weight... from sadness to Joy... from high blood pressure and arthritis to Perfect Health... from apathy to Eagerness... ), so can you!!!!
