Coles More than a number: A practical guide to understanding yourself through the Enneagram personality model at Bayshore Shopping Centre in Ottawa, ON
*Product information may vary - to confirm product availability, pricing, shipping and return information please contact Coles
The Enneagram is one of the world's most dynamic and enduring personality models. Its origins are ancient, but it has profound contemporary applications. Through its nine patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, it shows us how to overcome our habitual patterns and how to think, feel and behave more consciously.
More than a number has all the information the reader needs to understand both themselves and others. There are also a number of applications, both personal and work-related, where the reader can examine features of themselves. The book is both a source of information and a workbook to guide the reader through the model. It is also a reference book for students and teachers working with the Enneagram. Coaches, therapists, counsellors and other professionals who work with people will find this book an invaluable resource and support.
As a long time Enneagram teacher myself I highly recommend this book for new and continuing students and practitioners.
Peter O'Hanrahan
Core faculty member of the Narrative Enneagram School
If you're new to the Enneagram, this book is perfect for you. If you are already Enneagram savy, you'll want to read this book because it is that good.
