The book, ‘Musings of a Rekindled Soul’, is a collection of 100 poems through which the author has tried to dwell into her heart and soul, and express things around her, from nature to relationships, to her own feelings, good and dark. Human emotions are varied; joy and sorrow, hope and misery, love and loss are a part of this human condition. The author has tried to express her feelings through these poems. She has tried to poignantly remind that all things on this earth have a soul, and she has tried to explain it through words in the poems. Some poems do speak of the inner strength which remains within us all the time, and which we need to seek from time to time. In a world where everything is so instant and explicit, poems bring slowness, romance, and beauty to life. Words hold a lot of power; they hold or break relationships.
