A blend of Central American and African Arabicas. Nicaraguan beans give this coffee its cereal note, while Ethiopian beans adds some acidity and delicate fruitiness. We split roast the coffees in the Odacio Vertuo coffee capsule. The Nicaraguan beans get a long roast that develops its cereal note and gives the blend structure and body. The Ethiopian coffee beans also get a long roast because it helps reveal this coffee’s delicate notes. Both roasts are long but light – which makes Odacio hit your palate with great elegance. Odacio brings a full-bodied cereal note and a flourish of fruitiness and delicate acidity at the end. Adding milk softens the flavor, bringing dairy, sweet notes.
