Revolution is about to break out in North America. Both the United States and Canada are set to explode. The ruling class of monopoly capitalists, the billionaires, the bourgeoisie, must be overthrown. The existing state apparatus, which is used to crush the working class, the Proletariat, must be smashed and replaced with a new state apparatus, in order to crush the desperate and determined resistance of the capitalists, as they try to restore their "paradise lost". This new state apparatus is referred to as the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. The working class Councils, which are currently being formed, will play a key role in the new government.
