Queen Lupis marches her army of two hundred thousand soldiers on the citadel city of Epirus, where Ryoma Mikoshiba fortifies his defenses. Determined to subjugate the north and finally eliminate her most troublesome enemy, she allows the army to pillage whatever they come across—sacrificing her own citizens in the process. The queen is not the only one making plans, however, as numerous others, friends and foe alike, concoct their own schemes in preparation of this unprecedented war.
