Months after the Drymairadian invasion that devastated the country, the people of Expermia struggle to get back on their feet. Food, shelter, and resources are scarce, and the people are getting restless. To mitigate the problem, the Expermian Ruling Council tasks Cortraire, the last adult Cunor in the line, to lead the majority of the people to Daes as refugees. But this is a temporary solution at best, and Cortraire knows something has to change or else Expermia will fall for good. A chance encounter with the legendary Silver Fox might just be the key to restoring Expermia back to her former glory. Can Cortraire convince her to return to the city she once fled, or is Expermia doomed to fade into obscurity forever?
