Welcome to Soul Light for the Dark Night! We invite you to join us in a year long journey of self-discovery and healing through these daily meditations. We hope you will sense that we are traveling with you each day. We will be present to you through the meditations and always with you in Spirit. We hope too that you know that you are joined by your fellow survivors of trauma, your sisters and brothers who, like you, are seeking to find their voice and be set free. You are not alone.
