There is nothing better than Long Island in the summer. Hi, my name is Patti Chiappa. I am a Long Islander now living in Florida. Growing up on Long Island, gave me a bit of advantage. You see Long Island had a variety of ethnic restaurants some that I had the pleasure of working in. I was blessed to work with some off the top chefs on Long Island.
