Justin Winsor, Narrative and Critical History of America (8 vols., 1888 is useful and abundant, but only includes material published to 1887. W. T. Root, Relations of Penn sylvania with the British Government, 1696 - 1765 pp. 397-407, contains a critical bibliography of the sources and literature dealing with imperial relations.
