At the time of this book' publication, Michael Steven Sheane is in his seventies. He was educated mainly at Orange' Academy, Belfast, and attended Trinity College, Dublin. Orange' Academy was small private school of mixed catholics and protestants in the centre of the city. A lot of his time was spent living in Ballygally on the Antrim Coast of Northern Ireland. In the past he has contributed widely to press, radio and television in Ulster and spent six years at BRMB Radio in Birmingham where he was Ireland political correspondent.The Ballygally Book is Michael Sheane' autobiography, giving us fascinating glimpse into world very different from that of today.
