Here are many of Ammons’s most widely celebrated lyrics and meditations, including “Corsons Inlet," “Still," “Gravelly Run," and “The City Limits." Others are more directly inspired by his roots in the rural south, among them “Nelly Myers," “Silver," and “Mule Song."
